Spart-noceros (1960)

When the gladiators start their uprising in the arena someone falls from the viewing area pretty much onto their head. It must be a drop of 12 feet. That guy definitely had to have a few cigarettes after they stopped filming because I’m pretty sure that’s what doctors recommended for everything back in 1960

Parsley, Sage, Rosemary & The Graduate (1967)

Is there anxiety in that look? Ugh, I think I’m convincing myself that this movie had meaningful undertones and is a reasonable model for comedies to follow.
